2. Portfolio Exposure Services

Index500 provides automated, model-driven portfolio exposure services. All portfolios are automatically balanced and diversified. Users cannot manually select individual assets or allocations.

3. Risk Disclosure

Portfolio exposure involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past portfolio value changes do not guarantee future results. No allocation strategy can guarantee portfolio value appreciation or protect against losses. Please review our Risk Disclosures for complete information.

4. No Performance Guarantees

Index500 does not offer APY, ROI, yield, returns guarantees, or portfolio value projections. All portfolio value changes are subject to market conditions and other factors beyond our control.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payment Terms

Deposits are processed via cryptocurrency settlement rails. Liquidations are processed manually and subject to approval. All balances are displayed in USD-equivalent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Index500 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of portfolio value or revenues.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
